Service Description

Program Dates: Wednesdays 7PM, May 28 - August 13 End of the season party on Saturday, August 23rd The program cost covers HST and includes uniforms (jersey, shorts, and socks), team party at the end of the season. Outdoor Soccer Training Program is delivered on-field for kids of all skill level (beginner to advance). We have a soccer-specific strength and conditioning program incorporating exercise both with and without a ball. Each 1 hour Training Session is divided into 3 blocks: 1. Active Warm-Up: 10 min. 
A dynamic, soccer-focused warm-up with plenty of ball touches. 2. Skill Development: 30 min
. Fun exercises which teach soccer specific movement mechanics and gives players an opportunity to compete against each other. Kids will have an opportunity to practice shooting, dribbling & ball control, passing & receiving, defending & shielding through a variety of fun activities and interactive games. 3. Soccer Game/Scrimmage: 20 min.
