Youth (16+) & Adult Beach Soccer Tournament – Team Registration Register your team for an exciting day of beach soccer at Wasaga Beach! Teams will compete in a 5v5 format (including a goalkeeper), with 4 games guaranteed for every team. TEAM REGISTRATION FEE: 💲 $300 + HST per team TEAM ROSTER: Maximum 10 players per team. All players must be 16 years of age or older. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Team registration reserves your team's spot in the tournament. However, every player must still complete the free individual registration and waiver before participating. ⏱️ 24-minute games (2 × 12-minute halves)
🏅 Top 2 teams play in the Championship Final
🥉 3rd & 4th place teams play for 3rd Place
💰 Winning team takes home $500 CASH! 💵 Registration: * $300 per team (up to 10 players) * OR $30 per individual player (we'll help place you on a team!) 🕙 Tournament runs approximately 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (depending on registrations). 🥅 After 3:00 PM we will have a Crossbar Challenge to test your accuracy under pressure! Each player enters for $5 cash and gets one shot per round. If you hit the crossbar, you advance to the next round. The competition continues knockout-style. The winner takes 50% of the total pot. Remaining 50% goes to tournament fundraising. 👕 What to Wear Beach soccer is played barefoot on the sand, creating a unique and exciting playing experience. Players should bring: Athletic shorts A light athletic shirt (or wear the tournament pinnie provided) Sunscreen Hat and sunglasses (between games) Water bottle Towel Change of clothes Beach chair or blanket for breaks Each participant will receive a tournament pinnie to wear during the games, making it easy to identify teams and ensuring everyone has the proper playing bib. ❌ What Is Not Allowed Soccer cleats or any type of footwear Watches or smartwatches Necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, or other jewelry Hard hair accessories Any dangerous equipment deemed unsafe by the referee
