Service Description
Indoor/Outdoor Soccer Training Program is delivered on-field or in-gym for kids REP LEVEL ONLY. Our strength and conditioning program is designed for soccer players and includes fun, ball-based exercises. Each 1 hour Training Session is divided into 3 blocks: 1. Active Warm-Up (10 min): Each session begins with a fun, soccer-focused dynamic warm-up featuring plenty of ball touches. 2. Skill Development: 25 min . Fun exercises which teach soccer specific movement mechanics and gives players an opportunity to compete against each other. Kids will have an opportunity to practice shooting, dribbling & ball control, passing & receiving, defending & shielding through a variety of fun activities and interactive games. 3. Soccer Game/Scrimmage: 25 min.
