Service Description
14 week program, 42 sessions May 20 - August 21 Mondays 7:00pm, Wednesdays 7:00pm & Thursdays 7:00pm End of the season party on Saturday, August 23rd The 3-times-a-week Outdoor Soccer Training Program is designed for kids with prior soccer experience. For two days each week, the 1-hour training sessions follow a structured format: 1️⃣ Active Warm-Up (10 min) A dynamic, soccer-focused warm-up with plenty of ball touches to improve coordination, agility, and readiness. 2️⃣ Skill Development (30 min) Engaging drills designed to refine soccer-specific movement mechanics. Players will develop key skills, including: Dribbling & Ball Control Passing & Receiving Shooting & Finishing Attacking (1v1, 2v2, 3v3 situations) Defending & Shielding 3️⃣ Soccer Game/Scrimmage (20 min) A small-sided game where players apply their skills in a real-game setting, reinforcing techniques, decision-making, and game awareness. On the third day, the focus shifts to game preparation, introducing 7v7 formations to help players develop a deeper tactical understanding in preparation for the upcoming season.
